Inclusive by Design is a practical 1.5-hour online course that helps staff understand how autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and sensory processing differences can affect learning, communication, executive functioning, emotional regulation, transitions, written output and classroom participation.

Staff will explore practical, strengths-based strategies including:

Being an Effective Teacher Aide in NZ Primary Schools is a focused one-hour online course designed for busy teacher aides who want practical strategies, confidence and real-world tools to support classroom learning.

Teacher aides will explore:

  • Supporting literacy, numeracy and positive behaviour

  • Working with neurodiverse and high-needs learners

  • Building effective partnerships with teachers and support staff

  • Using assistive technologies to support learning
