Is this one combined course?
No. This package contains two separate courses. Your school office staff member takes Advanced School Office, and your caretaker takes Caretaker Health & Safety.
Does each person complete both courses?
The package includes one individual licence for each course, for two different staff members in the respective roles. Each participant completes their own course.
Can we share the package across our whole staff?
The package covers two individual licences, not whole-school access. For additional participants, email owen@micropld.co.nz to discuss the appropriate licence arrangement before purchasing.
Do participants need to attend at the same time?
No. Both courses are online and self-paced. Each participant can study independently, pause and return as needed.
How long does access last?
Access is lifetime and does not expire. Participants can revisit their course when a topic becomes relevant to their work.
Will both participants receive a certificate?
Yes. Each receives a certificate after completing their own course. Certificates record course completion; they are not formal qualifications, trade certifications or specialist safety credentials.
Is Caretaker Health & Safety the Advanced Caretaker course?
No. This package includes Caretaker Health & Safety. It does not include the separately listed Advanced Caretaker course.
